Owning a wellness shop in NYC and getting to know my customers and what they are seeking, I have come to realize just how many of us are run down, anxious, stressed, and in various kinds of pain looking for solutions naturally to ease our symptoms and/or become healthier. I believe the heart of learning how to help ourselves is through knowledge and understanding our own habits and reactions and ultimately how we are feeling all day long.
