How can we deal with our daily angst? 

In our modern age of technology + the world moving faster and faster everyday we are creating an epidemic of overly anxious people and environments. I believe the heart of learning how to help ourselves is also through knowledge and understanding our own habits and reactions.

One way to soothe ourselves is by looking at the situation with more compassion for ourselves. Giving ourselves advice as we would a friend or daughter. Writing these things down, receiving some self love and understanding, and taking a look at the issue on paper- not just in our heads. 

Understanding how we are feeling on a daily basis along with the ways we are seeking wellness might help you to realize where some of these “angst” is coming from and looking at the root of the problem.
