What’s happening with your daily hormones? 

As women, we aren’t often taught about all of the nooks and crannies of our bodies on the inside and outside. It is through our friends,female family members,  self discovery, doctors, and issues that arise that we begin to learn what our hormones are doing in our body. 

Severe cramps, heavy bleeding, PMS, infertility, to PCOS. Our hormones contribute so much to our mood and pain throughout the month, without ever really having a deep understanding of how our menses work and therefore often going undiagnosed. 

This journal is meant to help you throughout your cycle whether you need a reminder your emotions aren’t your fault, having issues getting pregnant, don’t want to get pregnant, or perhaps think there is a bigger issue at hand. Keeping track of your cycle and sharing it with your doctors will be a great help in receiving treatment and peace of mind.
